Readiness Form

To access the Readiness Form for your Technical Assistance Center, click the region number corresponding to your county.

Once you submit the form, you will receive an automated confirmation of your entry. Please allow up to two weeks for your Technical Assistance Center to contact with you next steps.

California PBIS is currently accepting submissions for the 2025-2026 school year. Please note that Readiness Forms will close on February 6, 2026.
